Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mrplaymaker. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, with original packaging and tags.

  • Certain items such as personalized jerseys (with custom name/number) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size/product. If you need an exchange, please email us at mrplaymaker.owner@gmail.com.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Personalized/custom jerseys


5. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at mrplaymaker.owner@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at mrplaymaker.owner@gmail.com.
